An epic long absence, a chance encounter, a return to London. Good evening, delicious friends.
No exaggeration. My previous encounter with the healer was four hundred and eighty fifth days ago.

Good Evening, Ladies, Gentleman and individuals of mysterious and indistinct gender, it is nice to shake your hands or ends of tentacle-like extremities. I think it’s finally time to introduce myself. My name is Tadgh De Danann, and to those of you knowing about the stories of old times, this should also be your anwser to what i am or at last want you to believe what iam descending from. Driven away from the surface i came down to find Oblivion and Rest in the womb of the Earth, but instead found an intriguing world of full of otherness and enigmas. Interest and Curiosity have become an obsession and and i am struggling with myself out of the fear that indulging myself deeper in the secrets of the Neath will drive me even further away from the last bit of humanity with each day, if this term is even fully suitable to one of my kind. But it’s not possible to supress the urge and the hunger to know more, to understand, to realize, to discover the truth behind all secrets and lies, even if this way leads up to doom. Those who don’t shy away from the risk may feel free to get aquainted with me. I am sure your aquaintances will be a delicious journey. Again a good evening to everyone of you, and be sure to stay safe on your way home at this pitch-black night. If you would excuse me know, i think i get a little hungry…
Aside of that my real name is Tim and i am an ongoing archaeologist who just fell in love with Fallen London and the games rich and well written stories quite some time ago. Due to my time-consuming studies and my work i am not the most active forum writer, but from what i have seen this seems to be a great community, so i will try to come by from time to time.
DO you recall how the Hunger began?
I’m sorry, my darling, I don’t think I can!
FROM past the High Wilderness and beyond
Don’t dare to go Seeking, but of Him I’m fond.

Good evening, my most delicious, terminally capricious, ambitious, pernicious and suspicious friends. I am Ali G, a random passerby at first, and an individual of some little consequence at last.
So, my real name is Aleksa, call me that if you wanna outside of Mr Pages’. I am just a school student from Serbia. If you want a partner in anything ingame like chess, you can call on me.
Hey all, been playing on-and-off for about a year and a half. I really enjoy the writing in both FL and SS which continues to ensnare me even after leaving the game(s) for months.
Good day… afternoon… evening? Hard to tell here, honestly. Where was I? Oh yeah, name’s Llywellyn, got here after falling from an airship in… completely legal circumstances… ((actually I have been playing the game on and off for a while but kinda forgot everything)) and I’ve been trying to get around in Veilgarden and elsewhere. Feel free to invite over me for dinner, a game of chess or exchanging of compromising information about moderately important individuals.
Good evening, friends, I am the Illusory Fugitive. You can find me on Tumblr as the-air-of-london and on FL as QuantumSky.
You can find the less advisable happenings of the Frantic Academic on FL at ClaraElizabeth, though I would advise caution. That account is for nothing good.

Good evening delicious friends, long time player, new to the forum. Would like to make new acquaintances throughout the neath.
I beg pardon, dear ladies and gentlemen and creatures of the Neath, I fear I have been too caught up in my studies to introduce myself. To rectify my terrible error, I am Rose, Rose Maze, as my mother was terribly fond of them. It was likely fortunate indeed she never descended to the Neath or I would have had the shame of a honey addict as my forebear.
Regardless, I greet you all with a glad heart and hope to enter in many a mutually beneficial partnership.
Greetings, gentlebeings. I have been lurking around the forums for quite some time, but I believe proper introductions are in order now. My name is Miria Springfield. I came to the Neath a while back, in search of the person who changed my life; I sometimes affectionately call them "my Nemesis". Sadly,I am a poor, defenceless lady, completely appalled by violence, and I do not have the intellectual means to track my quarry and give them my proper regards. I have also heard rumours of something called "the great game", but sadly my knowledge of cricket is lacking and I didn’t understand much.
I am open to all social actions save loitering and Dante’s.
My sister, Claire, is also a citizen of the Neath, but I fear the poor thing is making her final preparations for a great voyage to the North,or so she claims. Perhaps one day I will follow her.
Good evening delicious friends - I’ve only just started my journey in the Neath but I’m exceptionally friendly and very excited to be here!

Good evening, beings.
Billy Bones jr came to the neath because he was so intrigued by Exaltation ending in Sunless Sea. He wanted to know what all that name-wich-burns stuff means. He hopes to find some answers by seeking the Name.
The easy part (where you complete all available gold cards, become exception friend, travel to the nadir etc.) is complete. He is preparing now for the hard part: parting with all those.
Good evening, I’ve been playing Fallen London for a few years, but took a break of a year and only recently began playing again.
I’m new to the forums and would love to make acquaintances or friends throughout Fallen London, the forums and Sunless Sea.
Happy to be here in the Neath.
Good evening.
I spent about a year in London quite some time ago; I’m afraid I was quite uncivilized and sought out only material gain. I endeavored to indulge my insatiable hungers as rapidly and fully as possible, but was abruptly called back to the Surface.
I know and endeavor to do better now, so allow to me to reintroduce myself–Senforza, at your service. Recently reinstated Professor, editor and publisher of ‘The Overneath Observer’, cracker of the ‘Jack-of-Smiles’ case…among other things. Someday I’ll be a correspondent, but at the moment my old sins relegate me to a lowly trickster. I’ve only recently taken up journaling, so you’ll have to forgive me if my early memories are a little foggy.
My heart’s desire is to know everything. Time will tell if this urge is ultimately magnanimous or destructive; it’s been both in turns.
(I am rather curious about this ‘name’ I keep hearing everywhere…although that’s a mystery for another time.)
Good evening! I am a newly minted Person of Some Importance. Been in here only since around late November, but I quickly got addicted. I have been doing very unusual things like writing and staging a play (which I do above the surface) and collecting legal documents (which I also do above the surface…wait. Why am I playing this game?)
No, but seriously, this world is addictive, the community has been awesome, and I love it. I’m going to throw a shout-out to it in my current above-surface Tale of the Future…I mean, sci-fi novel.
Good evening, delicious citizens of the Neath! (with no assumptions on the quality of your situation, the height of the sun, or the taste of your flesh)
I joined FL about half a year ago but only started playing seriously in time to miss most of the Merriness surrounding the end of the year. In all honesty I’m still a bit lost. My character (profile link: http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Profile/Vodanya) is theoretically SMEN but actually collecting rats to gain access to certain non-pettable (?) felines.
Please feel free to send me a message for any activities that require a partner. Cats in boxes, chess, investigations, you name it and I want it. If anyone knows whether or not a certain, ah, waxy business might be going on somewhere and would tell me, well, that would be stabulous. There are a few cards fluttering about but the house is quite empty…
When not hunting for dead rodents I study Biology, read, and muck about in the High Wilderness, a House of Many Doors, and the Unterzee.
I have walked London for a time and found solace in the silence. Nevertheless, there comes a time when one has to introduce himself to his peers.
Padraig Cooper, once no one, I think … now something else. I am sure we will all find a use for each other.
Evening. I’m Kyle Farthington. I’ve walked the streets of London before, under another name, but that isn’t relevant anymore. My name is Kyle Farthington, a pleasure, I’m sure.
Good evening Ladies and Gentleman,
it is my very honor to speak to such an illustrious round of individuals as yourselves and I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for welcoming me so gracefully.
As for introductions; my name is Kyroyal, Lady Kyroyal to be precise. I fare from another nation in Europe but feel very lucky to be here today. Travelling has been strenuous, but I have already feel welcome here in London, that we all call home.
Dabbling in societal affairs and writing are both my passion and profession and I would be most grateful if I could make personal acquaintances with all of you. Being new in town sure makes a lot of things in daily life a mystery in itself, but I am eager to study the ways of the surface and Neath and would love to share my thoughts on findings. A pen pal would be highly appreciated, as I still seek some guidance although I like to wander the streets by myself as well. Sometimes in the shadows.
I wish you all well and a wonderful and exciting evening.
Lady Kyroyal
