Working with the Honey-Addled Detective - The Case of the Other Waxwork is currently Impossible!
Yes. That’s why it’s listed here—one day it may be possible!
My apologies. I looked through the list and didn’t see it, but apparently I just missed it.
Other than the Missionary/Firebrand can anyone point me to any hard evidence that we were promised Feast companions as spouses? I am wondering whether today’s new spouses should mean that I need to take that item off or if indeed we are still waiting for anyone specific?
I am inclined to treat this as a promise fulfilled as I am not explicitly aware of any other promised spouses but perhaps someone else does
The Quiet Deviless was promised as a spouse years ago (the Portfolio of Souls mentioned it as a use when POSI first came along, and there were hints the first Feast of the Rose that she became available as a Companion). However, that text is now gone and it may well be that FBG have dropped that idea.
The old text for the portfolio of souls talked about “courting” the deviless. That could be a reference to her being a spouse but I feel it just as likely refers to the option to “Invite the Quiet Deviless to your Sanctum to look at your Portfolio”.
I also went through the historical threads about the feast. Lots of people were confident that FBG had implied her to be a spouse eventually but I couldn’t find any direct evidence.
I think what I’ll do is remove the Feast spouses from section A, as a promise fulfilled, and add the Deviless as a spouse to section F.
I don’t know if this was by design or if FB never got around to it, but I had wondered why the remote addresses don’t have their own lodgings cards.
That seems like it is by design, since the whole point is to get away from everything else.
It would undermine their purpose somewhat, considering that many people get them to help trim their deck, if they added a card to the deck.
Personally I wouldn’t object to a rare card that gave a little flavour of the place, though.
The lodgings cards have story options that revolve around the daily activities and spirit of the type of lodging. Remote lodgings simply eliminate the city vice cards.
I personally think it would be cool to have the same for each of the remote lodgings - stories and choices in the theme of their unique settings.
Don’t know if that’s in the spirit of this thread as it may be intentional by FB. But I’d love those specific cards added.

Maybe a storylet available at the lodgings? It would keep the opp deck clean but give some extra flavour or lore.
Well, just a suggestion. I know not everyone would love it. I love Opportunity cards; for me they help support the great atmosphere of the game in many ways. And I particularly appreciate all lodging cards for the scrap grinding at the very least.
I guess that someone who owns that item ended up searching for the Name and were no options available. Is that correct?
Updated with the return of Fate gifts
Since the option to give a point of Notability was frozen due to problems with the now-defunct mobile version, can it be returned, please?
Is the 10 Fate option back? Or only the 100 Fate option?
I personally would like a cheaper (I do know why the 10 Fate option was removed and understand it fully) option or maybe the option to gift an Exceptional Story! That’d be most wonderful!

Both options are back, and they don’t even depend anymore on drawing the right card, since they’ve been added to a new pinned storylet at your lodgings.
Plenty of things that used to be in that section have now been implemented. Some of the items are indeed longstanding but simply looking at what’s not been done yet does not give you a full/fair/representative picture

Genesis updates the list regularly, removing things that have, in fact, been implemented (and very occasionally adding something new). If you want to see what’s been done you don’t want to look at the opening list; you need to read through the subsequent posts to see what has been removed.
