In the days after the Fall, when the streets were restless and unkind, London reshaped herself. But maps have never stopped being treacherous. The territory is always changing. Like all living things, the labyrinth of the Fifth City grows; shifts; forgets.
The streets of the city – treacherous at the best of times – are shifting underfoot. Familiar routes are disrupted, and unfamiliar neighbourhoods are revealed. To investigate this phenomenon, look for ‘Shifting Streets’, anywhere in London. The activity is open to players of all levels, and will last until the streets have settled once more.
Both my main and alt characters have plenty of 2nd and 4th city artifacts and both are low on 3rd city artifacts. Hence, I am torn between going for the 6 EPA of the tough challenge which both can pass with 100% chance but gains the unneeded 2nd city artifacts or the 3.4 EPA of the medium challenge which gains me the 3rd city artifacts of which I am short. Hmm…
Moulin expeditions are a better source for third city relics anyway, as you can accumulate almost as many relics per action (in addition to other resources) at a better overall EPA.
