Besides Feast, old Hallowmas and access codes (I think) what other options/Fate stories yield a Dreadful Surmise?
Very difficult. Besides Feast of the Exceptional Rose and Hallowmas, the only thing I remember that the Bonus Story for the Heart’s Blood Season could give one (i.e. if you played "Flint", "The Art of Murder" and "The Waltz that Moved the World").
You could also get one as an end reward for Flint itself.
