So a certain Union Worker with a penchant for helmets is still "currently unavailable" in my game. Yet there already appears to be content on how to "reunite" with said Union Worker.
Does anyone know how to start such content? I didn’t really explore railway content because my focus was elsewhere so I have no idea where to begin.

There’s a new card that you can draw. It requires that you broke into the factory and discovered the Dirigible Mast, so do that if you haven’t.
You will need to play the card several times to advance. Each time you play it, you are locked out of playing it again until a Living Story resets it after 24 hours. So it will take a few days.
How long are the Masters going to visit Station VIII? I have now drawn the card for the sixth time.
I’ve already raised Watchful Gains to 18. Is there anything more to do with them besides trying to get them to eat stuff?
How much do we know about Chess (social action, not the parabolan board) mechanically? It seems as though one can play multiple simultaneous games with other players… but it’s not clear to me if the simultaneous games are using independent copies of the qualities or interfering with each other in a confusing manner…
The Myself tab certainly doesn’t show (most) of the "Chess: arglebargle" qualities as parameterized by opponent, but perhaps they are just hidden / amalgamated somehow? Perhaps amalgamy is thematic.
Hmm… looking at a concrete example I have two games running, both waiting for a response, both with the option "Topple their King" unlocked by "Chess: The Progress of your Match" 4 (you needed 2) and "Chess: Skirmishes Won this Match" 4 (you needed 2)… So that looks like the qualities are shared between simultaneous matches and I guess in theory this could be abused to "win" a match you’re losing by building up "Skirmishes Won" in a different match? There are further conditions on what I think of as the social action form which depend on your opponents qualities, but those don’t appear to prevent this being gamed.
It’s interesting that completing one game resets the qualities so that the second game now has different options instead of "Topple their King". I half expected winning to decrement "Skirmishes Won" by 2 instead of resetting it.

Is everyone finding approximately double the Docks favours they usually do at the minute? Or is the RNG just being exceptionally kind to me? Hi everyone. I’m in a bit of a situation. So, I managed to get to 450 Echo after farming Searing Enigmas at the Court of the Wakefull Eye. So, I have to choose between spending the money to buy the Ray-Drenched Cinder to get access to the Cave of the Nadir or spending it to buy a 400 E item to progress in my Ambition. Or I could use it to buy the item I need to become a specialised POSI, but my stats are all only at 150, more or less. What shoul I do? What do you suggest?
Spend your money on access to better money grind.
What do you suggest then? What place should I go unlock? Not fate locked.
I don’t know what suits you better. Lab, Helicon House, Bone market have options at least two times better than the Court of the Wakefull Eye. When you could make 400 echo per day, its much easier to progress.
