You can get 1-2 for 7 Criminal Favors for the Penance card, with some Ostentatious ones.

Other than the obvious RP implications, are there any game mechanical functions to Reputation: Abomination? Wiki has very little information on it.
In Old Seeking Reputation: Abomination made you vulnerable to Searing Enigma thefts by other Seekers. I don’t think it has a use nowadays, however.

If you buy and complete the individual stories from a season, the season finale should become available upon completion.
Yes. Previous exceptional stories are available to purchase for Fate on the Fate page; they’re sold individually, not by season though. Playing through all three stories of a season gets you the end-of-season capstone, regardless of what order or when you get the three stories.
