Have a habit of checking peoples level and you blew me away! May I ask how much you invested in it? I started my preparations, but seems so useless when I saw your Noman after few TtH visits.

Altogether too much! I realised I had enough to guarantee survival in previous years, but I wasn’t sure if the melt rate was gonna be bumped up this year, so instead I just decided to make the biggest buffest Noman I could possibly make. I guess I miss SMEN a bit, and pouring a load of valuables down a Noman’s throat was the closest I could get to throwing them down a well again.
On Tuesday 2/7 my noman lost 95 Noman’s Friend. It seems I got pretty lucky compared to some others.
How high has anyone gotten Noman Knows? Wonder if there’s a secret waiting there…
I lost 114 Noman’s friend today. Over its life I lost 32, 49, 58, 115 and 114. I’d made mine early because I hadn’t actually planned to try for it, but changed my mind.
I’m above 15 at the moment and my Noman looks like he might be around for quite some time still, so I’ll keep pushing it to see if anything changes.

For me, that’s the same as last week (lost 111 back then).
Decaying rate is pretty moderate this year. Not at all the Armageddon we thought it will be.

As an aside - I keep getting server error messages when trying to get my Gant Noman tattoo - is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me? Support email sent, I’m just curious.
Edit: It seems to be some kind of issue with An Incident at Millicent’s, as people are reporting the same with the Pale Visitor option. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.

Bought the Noman at 9 ToL, spent 34 pails of snow and 15 tears on it. Started with 640 NF and am now at 406 NF. Waiting for my actions to refresh to get the gant tattoo.

I’m at 4 Tears and resources for 4 extra buckets.
Either living stories have been fixed or a workaround has been put in place - Pale Visitor and Gant tattoos now work as intended!

Started with 25 pails, 20 Tears. Had quite the bad luck using the tears, as wrote several pages ago.
Started with 600 NF, Noman remains with 323, after 3 TtH.

Does this mean we choose either Pale Visitor or Gant tattoo and we can’t do both?
I believe that’s how it works, yes, but I may well be wrong - both sets the "An Incident at Millicent’s" quality to 1, and that appears to lock both storylets.

Did anyone echo the Pale Visitor? It was already around last year, but what does it do exactly?
