A pleasant evening to you all! I suppose I should introduce myself as Miss MJ de Castañeda, a brand new soul. I enjoy the company of people who can hold my interest, which mostly includes anyone who can tell a fantastic story. I would be thrilled to engage in a battle of wits, or perhaps simply a polite conversation.
My surface-dwelling counterpart is a biomedical engineering student with a love for space pirates. edited by MJ de Castañeda on 4/27/2016
Good evening all, and as it is always evening down here, may it always be a good evening for all. I’m “cliftonr” in Fallen London, at least for the moment. I might have been something more clever if I had realized that would be my displayed character name, but as it is, so it shall remain until I come up with something clever enough to be worth the cost of changing it.
I’ve been in Fallen London for not quite a month - I was persuaded to visit by reading some Sunless Sea fanfic by an acquaintance. I became solidly hooked within a day and signed up as an “Exceptional Friend” within a week, as my way of expressing appreciation for such excellent storytelling. (And of getting MOAR ACTIONS.)
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and if you would be so kind as to allow me to introduce myself!
My name is Veggieleezy, and I strive to be one of the greatest jesters and jackanapes this side of the Unterzee! Or something like that. I’m still not quite sure how to roleplay in this world. Only been playing for about two weeks.
Anyway! I’m Veggieleezy, and if anyone needs a hand with a story, or relieving some nightmares, or sharing a game of chess, or whatever, I hope I can help!
I’m Aganzir - a ruthless licentiate, shattering force, and criminal kingpin.
I’ve been playing Sunless Sea and Fallen London for nearly a year and lurking around the forums for a couple of months, and now (while slacking off from doing work) finally registered. I’m on pretty much daily, so feel free to send interactions!
On the surface, I read, draw, cook, and knit. I’ve done some Sunless Sea inspired etchings, and when I have time, I have some vague plans for knitting patterns as well. (Also, I may have convinced 10 friends to start playing FL and at least 4 to play SS.)
I’m Helix and I play Tristan Darke in-game. He’s on his way to becoming either a Legendary Charisma or an Extraordinary Mind. He loves mysteries, chess, and writing poetry about fungi to relieve stress. He’s deeply involved in the Great Game, on first name basis with the infernal dignitaries of the Brass Embassy, a Nocturnal, and may or may not be ruthless–depends on the flight pattern of the bats on that day. Possibly archaeologist in the making and currently a full-time consulting detective (most charming this side of the Neath). Illegitimately royal and somewhat melancholic. I’d welcome more acquaintances, and would also accept all social actions, except loitering suspiciously.
I’ve only lurked in the forums for a bit, so I apologise if I got anything wrong! I love reading, and I actually write poetry in my spare time (also an unfinished novel, and definitely not about mushrooms). Feel free to check them out on my Tumblr. If you’re looking to follow me there, feel free to, but I won’t be following everyone back, sorry. Anyway, I’m a senior year International Relations student (on the surface) and I might be a tad bit obsessed with the #aesthetic. I love Star Wars and London is my favourite city. I’m also having my thesis exam soon.
Good evening one and all! I’m AlchemicalGod and I play Alchemical God in game. Im a Correspondant with a passion for souls, closest to the Devils, and a collector of souls.
Time seems like a matter of relativity down here, but for the same of conformity I give a fond “good evening” to all of my fellow residents of the Fifth City! I would happen to be Zephyrmoth (how that’s pronounced in the Neath is another story). I’m a detective/amateur archeologist by trade, poet by circumstances, thief and hunter out of boredom and because I find myself driven to the tomb colonies or beyond the brink of madness a hair too often, and generally up for anything if there’s a good/interesting/eldritch time at the end. I’ve recently got into Sunless Sea as well. I’m open for reducing menaces and anything else worth a laugh (I’ve sent my fair share of R.F. assassins to contacts from Reddit). My goals are to complete the ambition to play in the Marvelous, plumb at least a handful of the secrets from this game without spoilers, and obtain a Starveling Cat for the sake of poetic inspiration. Send me a note if you care to conspire with/against me.
Good evening, fellow citizens of a fallen city. They call me the Vixen. I’m a bit of a puzzle at times (even to myself), but I enjoy riddles and games of wit. I look forward to digging deeper into the intriguing depths of this city. So much to see. So little time.
Oh, and those rumors you’ve heard involving me, a poisoned bottle of wine, and a decapitation? Pure fantasy. I assure you.
Goodness, Lady V. To think I believed myself prone to extravagance!
A pleasure to make your acquaintance. I expect we’ll see much of one another.

Good evening everyone! I am Lady Eliza Twombly! I have been exploring the Neath for probably a couple of weeks now and I like it here so far. Much like my real life counterpart, I have no profession, but I do need to get one soon because I’m running low on Echoes. I hope I’ll be able to get a profession considering the amount of scandal surrounding me. Whatever you heard, it’s not true and you can’t prove anything. Another similarity I have to my real life counterpart is that I’m pretty much just wandering around aimlessly and trying to find where I fit into this fallen city that I’ve come to like so much in just the short time that I’ve been here. I hope to find my place here very soon and become acquainted with as many as I can. Send me a calling card or write me a letter, I almost always write back. edited by Eliza Twombly on 5/22/2016
Good evening. I’m supermeatcleaver and I’ve been playing Fallen London for about a week or so. I haven’t decided on an actual character name yet. Current profession is enquirer and highest quality is watchful 61.
Greetings Neathkins! I’m just getting started in the Sunken City. I’m very excited to find these forums because I need a bit of education. I have acquired a whole bunch of cool stuff, but I have no idea what to do with it. Plus, how do I obtain a Patron? Looking forward to making some delicious friends…
Greeting Delicious Friends! My name is sans_serif, and I’ve been playing Fallen London for a couple of weeks, and drowning in the Sunless Sea for a few days. I like video games and dragons. Always happy to make your acquaintance.
It seems I have been enthralled by this strangely compelling land for over 8 months or so.
I have managed to acquire decent living quarters. I suppose I am no longer a visitor, but a resident filled with wanderlust.
Technically a new face, but I’ve been hovering about on the forums and on the game for a while now. Was finally excited enough by a development to stop being a ghost. Pleased to meet you all[li] edited by Pigeon on 6/8/2016
Good evening. I’ve been playing the game a while, but have not yet posted in the forums. I did recently find myself given the descriptor that I am “Flirting with Disaster - Seeking Mr. Eaten’s name” This was naturally a cause for concern, and I supposed it as good a time as any to begin posting here.
Good evening everyone! I’m not entirely new to the Sunken City, but this is the first opportunity I’ve had to immerse and educate myself. I’m eager to make friends, advance in-game, and roleplay (if roleplay is the fashion around here.) I also plan to soon become involved in Sunless Sea.
My in-game character styles herself as The Mysteress, a chaser of monsters and mysteries of all kinds. Drop her a line or invitation anytime. She is perpetually seeking to expand her network of contacts.
Good evening. I’ve actually been a resident of this wonderful city for about three years now, but with the return of the hunt for a certain Name I figured now’s as good a time as any to come out of my shell and get involved.
I’m open for any and all social actions. edited by Cranston Pickle on 6/14/2016
