You can entreat her twice in the conversation, once at the beginning and once at the end, one of my alts did so because he’s on a bit of a romance high having just proposed himself;
"You Like Happy Endings" (for when you have to give her a reason for why you’re looking for her).
"Love is Loyalty" (for when she asks you what love is).

I’m having a REALLY hard time deciding…I’m going back and forth between the Bazaar, the Sun, Parabola, or else choosing something random with someone else. Help choosing please?
(My character primarily allies with free thinkers like Hell, the Docks, Bohemians, and Urchins, but also seeks the favor of the Masters of the Bazaar. He, above all, seeks the answers to the mysteries of the Neath, but also wishes to enjoy its pleasures while he can, and eventually wishes to become a Hesperidean. He is not proud of his Dangerous accomplishments, preferring to focus on his Watchful, Persuasive, and Shadowy achievements (in roughly that order).)

Well, that’s a quite broad range of interests ^^
For starters I’d suggest to select whether you want a Dreaded or Bizarre tattoo. You can either choose the quality you need more, or the one you like more. Then, whay don’t you look for the tattoos that give it, and choose the one linked to the prerequisite content that you enjoyed more or gave you the most satisfaction? If you like the Docks, the Zee Monster could be fitting; the same with Hellfire for Hell. If you like both the Bazaar AND free thinking, the Correspondence tattoo could be a good compromise: it is both the language of the Bazaar and the secret weapon of mad scientists of the Neath ^^
Or you could just wait if the secret of the Sultan’s Dream is discovered before making a definitive choice. I’m not sure how much Millicent’s Parlour will stay open, though: the Lilac in Black content was described as lasting a little more than the Feast, but I don’t know if the Parlour could stay open longer.
Can anyone confirm that once Millicent’s Parlour arrives, that Lilac cards continue to show up?

Oh man, that was awesome. I recorded my thought process in my journal if anyone wants to see me flail impotently while wondering what love is. Haven’t gotten a tattoo yet, but this is quite interesting content!
Has anyone tried a random tattoo? Is the selection limited to a random Bizarre tattoo, or does the random thing make it possible to get a normally Dreaded tattoo that instead of Dreaded gives a Bizarre bonus? I wonder if it’s possible to randomly get the Noman tattoo despite not having earned it?
Apparently someone managed to get the Great Work tattoo via the means of boozing; that’s supposed to be a Dreaded tattoo, but they got Bizarre from it, because drunk.
I tried a random. I received a dead rat tattoo for my troubles while my associate awoke with “The Shadow” on its arm… Both give Bizarre.
