The Pickpocket’s Promenade in Veilgarden - wasn’t it removed?

That was part of Spite, not Veilgarden. It’s now a sub-location near Spite, named "The Crowds of Spite."

A Nocturnal Visitor to the Palace Cellars - just cuts off
Arguably the conclusion of this storyline is the premium story The Gift. But there’s no explicit connection. I wouldn’t be opposed if they just added a pointer from Palace Cellars to The Gift and called it a day.
You might add Metampsychosis to the list. It definitely hasn’t been dropped, but it’s been pushed back a few times.
Nocturnal Visitor’s card needs to go away when it ends. Badly.
Adrift on the Sea of Misery still had no use, while the description hints it might have, one day.
And I won’t mention the Crimson Book.
Also, we have no further visibility on the Cumean Channel and other mentioned ways to discontinue one’s character and start a new one with some legacy.
The recent reappearance of a way to acquire said book suggests to me that someone has a use in mind for it.
It could just be helping fill out the ranks of high-value items, although the fact that there’s currently no way of selling it implies otherwise.

One of the route options there was Veilgarden. It was also impo-locked.
Finally back in London and checked - it’s removed from options.
That just a fluff - it highlights that kindness must be a continual process. I almost never interpreted as a game hint.
Also, it is used as an unlock at one or two points. I think, one was a Church card.
You can get Closest to Rubberies, but you need Helicon House.
Noise was preventing an advance during a case, I think?
"Seek assistance" was retired during the previous social rebalance.
Lyme sounds fleshed-out enough for a background character.
Heptagoat was a joke. Though you can get an actual Heptagoat. edited by Aro Saren on 6/14/2021
The pregnancy is part of Watchful 230 but sure, I’ll clarify. Can you remind me what Mr Stones Discordance machinations are? Do you just mean the Lapidary and the Immaterial Material exchange?.. I didn’t think there was much mystery to it but perhaps I’ve been inattentive!
Yes, "Seek assistance" was retired at that point but the cause of its retirement has since been rectified. So there is some chance; though I admit not a lot.
Lyme - I can’t source this now (it’s information more than 6 years old now!) but there was a discussion at the time that there were suspicious loose ends and implications of more secrets. I can’t recall any more than that unfortunately.
Good catch on Closest: Rubberies! edited by genesis on 6/14/2021
When you ask Baroness-Solicitor about the Cedar with fully backed currency, she warns you: to keep distance from the moon, to not let the tree wilt and to not let Stones finish what it started. Tree is obvious, moon (Creditor) is just creepy and alien, but Stones’ eagerness in things that unmake boundaries (in it’s own words) is alarming.
One more thing which caught my eye. Might not be related to Mr Stones, but it seemed prominent enough that it must be related to something.
When you’re deciding what to do about founding the city, and you’re talking to all the folks. You can talk to Your Lackey if he’s head of the tracklayers. For whatever reason, his conversation options weren’t accessible from Ealing, but you could still talk to him by appointing him.
This dialogue option in particular. The second paragraph, about the ring. Fallen London

I thought there was a bit of recent content in the Make a City story that stated the Moon is the Creditor’s… sibling-ish thing? It was something about using Kataleptic Toxicology and having visions from the poison.
Secondly, I kinda thought this summary was for stuff that seemed abandoned, not just stories that they haven’t finished yet and not everyone has even finished.
