In case anyone was wondering, sending 7 cups of teeth to Mr. Eaten appears not to have done anything (do far at least).
Sending 7 Christmas cards didn’t do anything either.

The option to get a tattoo is open if anybody was waiting to get some unwise ink. The SMEN option is still there…

Have you tried going to the Nadir and seeing if anything happens? She says not here but that you know where to go, so there might be an option to get the tattoo from one of the locations in Seeking Mr. Eaten’s Name.

Presumably she means NORTH, not the nadir.
WAIT A MINUTE. I just glanced at the tattoo requirements and Mr Eaten’s Name is now a valid value for the quality. That wasn’t true in previous years.

Rats, I may have been too hasty in my journey North. I figured there was nothing to be done. Oh well, if Mr Eaten’s Name truly is a possible tattoo, then I eagerly await news of its discovery.

Fair enough, but there’s still the possibility it exists in the Nadir, or the Chapel of Lights, or some other SMEN related location. I saw the message saying you already know where to go, assume it meant North, and then left. While it’s unlikely, the fact that Mr Eaten’s Name IS a valid tatoo quality makes be at least hope it’s possible, and I sort of regret sacrificing myself so hastily when I might have looked a little further.
Oh well, I won’t let such a simple thing taint my "accomplishment."
