Thanks! And yes, it is. I’ve got an artist producing 20-30 new pieces of the game per month now. Not a lot of it is in yet though.

New content release

– Smith’s had a major overhaul. He now uses the credit system, etc.
– You can now proceed to close contact level with him.
– He’ll have Something on his mind if you do.
– You can now start a relationship with him (he likes both boys and girls).
– If you’ve got Good buddies with him, you can now use that.
– There’s new character detail and info too, although more is coming soon.

– A few new options at the ethanol plant.
– You can now buy used vehicles at the ethanol plant, including one completely new one.

– If you did Something for the smugglers, there’s now an occasional memory follow-up to that.

– Plenty of small bug and typo fixes.

A little more stuff:

  • Released some additional Smith content, including the proper conversation.[/li][li]Bashed a few more bugs. Thanks for the reports.

Just released a little more content. You can now choose which of your pads is your real home, amongst other things.

Got a little more content – Life. Survival. cards for all the remaining implants.

New content release

  • If you ended up working for the smugglers (either voluntarily or not) after the conclusion of that particular storyline, this job is now functional, with the usual risks and rewards.[/li][li]Meeting smugglers now has an extra option, if you’re running a fuel depot.[/li][li]You can now find the way to and optionally visit the jail (although there’s nothing to do there yet).

There’s a new short storyline set in the slums: The briefcase

New content release:

  • There are four new rare-ish opportunity cards in the slums.[/li][li]You can now get your smuggler’s pouch removed at the backstreet clinic.[/li][li]There’s some more relationship content for Ann.[/li][li]You can now split with Ann.

– Cooking and eating has been totally overhauled.
– All ingredients are now useable (including human flesh).
– Different kitchens now have different quality levels.
– Different meal types have different effects.
– The supplies inventory slot has been reorganised.
– All food and drink items can now be used from your inventory.
– Shrimp cakes can now be used from you inventory.

– The tinkerer’s wife, a new short story in the slums (hit The Road Mender).
– There’s now a fourth option for giving Willow a job.
– There are two new rare-ish opportunities in the bordertown.
– A new flavour card for newer characters (although it’ll trigger for everyone).
– A great many typo fixes.

I was a tester for this a couple of years back. Glad to see it’s going well! Sorry I fell off.

No problem, and thanks! It’s a lot huger now than it was then. Feel free to come back in as well if you want to, although realistically you’d need to start a new character.

I think I might do that. With summer on its way, I’ll have a lot more time on my hands.

Just a small update this week: you can now make sure of your anabolic steroids.

Got some new content for you: Bloodless, a new storyline for the saint character. Start it by visiting the mercy crew in the bordertown.
