I’m recently returned to the Neath on a new character and, as someone who never really engaged with the social aspects of the game, am hoping to try out having a patron for the first time. I never got terribly far in the game; I had Extraordinary Friendship for a bit and enjoyed a few of the stories it gave me (“Cricket, Anyone?” was my favorite), but I never reached Person of Some Importance.
Really, any patron would be appreciated. I’ll need all of the stats eventually.

I am new to Fallen London and I have… not a clue what I’m doing! I may have pushed too far ahead making my name and now find myself woefully underleveled for the Shuttered Palace and the Flit and locked out of some earlier-game grinds. If anyone could help a poor undersider become sneakier and more suasive that would be appreciated.

i’ve been playing for a short while but quite regularly, and actually didn’t realise about patronage until it was maybe too late. i’m enjoying slowly building up a picture of my character in the game, and have always had a fondness for multiple choice since reading fighting fantasy books
