To attack or be attacked, you must choose a form. You can pick a form from the oppertunity cards of any of the four card lodgings. You can also pick a form from the dusty bookshop or the soft-hearted widow cards. Once you have a form, you attack from the same card.
Should anybody be willing to invite me into these sharp festivities, I would much appreciate it.

Oh. Well, sounds like I’m still too new to afford keys to the 4 lodging cards, and I’ve yet to run across the widow or the bookshop. :\ Is there a point in waiting, or should I just go ahead and pass along my tokens to someone else?

As long as you haven’t chosen a form, you can obviously just wait and see if more cards are added. There’s no penalty (yet) after all.

The “An Implausible Penance” opportunity card, which now contains all the Connected: Criminals spending options, also includes options to attack another player or change your K&C form. It begins to appear when you have Connected: Criminals 10. So, if you have Watchful 10 (Dusty Bookshop), POSI (The Soft-Hearted Widow) or Criminals 10, odds are you’ll get a chance to hop in soon enough. I’d say keep your tokens, it’s worth the wait. But stick to attacking newbies, you don’t want to invoke the wrath of those with more attack opportunities than you have available to you.
