We sorta know what Paramount presence isn’t kinda. I had capped stats and N12 (The notability cap at the time), and there was no new option on the unsigned message, though I was a Shattering Force so…
I think my point here is really bluh Alexis bluh
My guess is capped stats, capped notability and one, or more, 5 card lodging. I don’t know if the option will appear on the Unsigned Letter as the original 4 stat cap options weren’t on it.
