So, what’s the word on new companions and masquing costs?
Three new ones (2017), masquing requirements, but no stats on wiki yet. Must admit that the Tempestuous Astronomer looks amazing, but to bad it’s Fate locked. Meh, one day maybe, one day!

I’ve been drawing cards for three hours and none of them are Lilac or An encounter at the feast. RNG hates me.
I’m hoping to acquire all the non-Fate FotER companions I didn’t have from last year - 9 of them. I’ve got 21 Masquing and 63 Masquingsworth of rose gifts, and I’ve got the Lady in Lilac and The Feast of the Rose cards in my hand. What are the odds that I’ll be able to achieve my goal (i.e. that I’ll draw the Encounter at the Feast card 9 times)?
So can you only have two tattoos? I’ve got the Noman and a Blemmigan, is that my lot?
Yep, two is the limit.
As an unrepentant clutter fetishist, I would like to recive a kettle of liars tounges and a buttered chess piece. I’m running a little low on those higher teir items, but can afford to return in kind, though if its all the same I’d rather send gifts of equal value (probably teeth or poetry). I’d also just like more masquing, so everything is welcome and will be reciprocated.
EDIT: Thanks to those who have sent me knights and kettles. Tat collection is now complete! I am still happy to trade items with anybody and no longer have any preferences as to what I receive. Thanks again.

There’s two nomen, that way someone woth 2 tattoos can still mark their achievement. The other one doesn’t give any benefit though.
I’m sorry if this question was already asked, but is it true that there’s no companion between 11-39 masquing? (meaning that non-fate players can only choose companions worth 10 masquing?)
I seem to recall that someone wrote that some companion would appear for 30 masquing. Am I misremembering?

I cannot speak for anyone else, I said I hoped it would be a new one added, IIRC someone else said they probably would. There are new companions, but I don’t know if the prophesy has been fulfilled.
Do any of the fate gifts have uses besides masquing or bdr?
The new companions cost 4, 10 and 40 masquing.
I believe the Heartwood Hearse gives +3 Bizarre. It’s nice but the Ratwork Velocipede gives more BDR (+2 Dreaded, +2 Respectable)
Yeah, I just drew "an encounter" and it seems so.
I must say, without a 30 masq companion, gift giving for non-fate user isn’t much profitable, since with the "Feast of the rose" card you can grind masquing quite easily (and gives usually several echoes worth of stuff, too). In theory you could even have multiple companions, grinding masquing to 20 and then using "an encounter" card . Unless "the feast" is undrawable when "an encounter at the feast" and the lady in lilac appear?
As well, I’ve now 120 fate to send out. I’m in need of the 40 fate Spiked Rosary, the 40 fate Tanned Mask (both for BDR), and then just a 40 fate whatever to trade in. My own fate can go towards whatever is needed by another. Please send me a PM first though to discuss, I don’t want to have someone accidentally send an unneeded extra and me unable to reciprocate.
