I have 21 blunderbusses and the only ad I see is the one for Mandrake on Steam.
That’s strange. You’ve definitely started the hunt, there couldn’t be any option you missed? I wonder if it’s a bug.
I tried it, no luck.
So apparently you have to manually click on 3 Master options in the Candied Door storylet for it to count that you found them even if you found them all in the open world. So I did not realize that and lost out on my chance to get a unique companion after spending all morning tracking them all down. Is it possible to add an option later to get the unique companion if you found all 9 in the open world?

Damn, Mr. Swears was hard to find! I cheated and got a tip where to find that one, and I had to try for so long that I still almost gave up and assumed the tip was wrong!

Seems like I have inadvertently skipped the clues. I had looked forward to sailing to those three locations mentioned in the wiki. 
Anyway, my Agents bring back plenty of Puzzling Maps.
A Reorganisation of Space is now 25 for me.
I guess all that remains now are:
- Law hunting: for Gang of Outlaws reward and vanity quality.
- Law forging: for items and money?
- Temporal book carousel: for world quality.
- Candied door: get Urchin reward.
Anything else I’m missing?
Edit: How do I get An Elephant That Is Yet to Be Refuted? Do you have to sell your excess Rat on a String so you have exactly 12345 of them?
