You need
to fire exactly 21 blunderbusses.
And how are you meant to access it? Clicking on it just opens a new tab on the login screen.
Hint 1: Consider how you might give one in-game, by making use of a storylet related to this event.
More specifically: It’s one of the options in “Fallen London, where everything is as it should be”.
Answer: “Fire off your Emergency Blunderbusses” while you have exactly 21!

We hope you’re enjoying Estival; we’ve been enjoying watching your progress!
Due to the nature of this year’s Estival, the usual period to allow for people to catch up on the story will be longer, to give everyone time to explore.
The end has not arrived. When it does, you’ll have at least a full week to begin the story, and from then, at least two weeks to play it through.
We’ll be resting this weekend. See you on Monday.
