Complete Sets

Wouldn’t it be amazing if there were an option, once you completed a &quotset&quot of items, to merge said items into a singular piece?

For example: once you have all 4 of the Ministers from the Court of the Wakeful Eye, it would allow you to merge the four Ministers into a new companion, much like the Overgoat → Übergoat conversion

I’d see it as the following then:
Ministry of Tigers Companion
~some catchy and cool flavour text~

+10 Dangerous, +10 Persuasive, +10 Shadowy, +10 Watchful, + 2 Respectable, + 1 Dreaded, +1 Bizarre

Or the Ravens you can create from the Dazed Raven adviser.
(no ideas for this, sorry)

For our lovely Weasellers; (requires Weaseller and 1000 Weasels):
Army of Weasels Companion
&quotFor Pete’s sake ~gendertitle~!!! WHY?!&quot
+3 Bizarre, +5 Dangerous, -5 Shadowy, +5 Watchful

Anyone else who has ideas alike?

Cheers!

(Disclaimer: These are not real, please do NOT buy 1000 weasels to come complain to me you can’t make an Army of Weasels)

Watchful +7, Shadowy +7, Persuasive +2[/quote]

Cheers! I found an alternative name for the &quotUnkindess of Raven&quot, &quotHuginn and Muninn&quot
Perhaps for the future; since it’s possible to acquire at least 2 different types of violins; perhaps also pianos?
Or more instruments; and once one has acquired a few of those and a few Alluring Accomplices combine these all for a home comfort or something alike.
home comfort
An Orchestra!
&quotWho wouldn’t want to have their very own?&quot
+10 Persuasive, +1 Respectable

companion
A Rat Colony
&quotAt least they keep my gears running&quot
+2 Bizarre, +15 Dangerous, +5 Watchful, -7 Shadowy

Another idea that I had floating around was The Armoury
It would consist of all non-profession or Fatelocked items (Infernal Sharpshooter’s Rifle; Ratwork Derringer; Ancient Hunting Rifle; Rattus Faber Rifle; Emergency Blunderbuss)
home comfort
The Armoury (alternative name: Rifleman’s Stash)
&quotA collection containing every commercially available firearm in London!&quot
+10 Dangerous, +1 Dreaded

Or since we all love bats here in Fallen London;
Utterly Livid Bat + Bat with Attitude + 5 Sulky Bats
Companion
Bat Swarm
&quotYou’re like a light to moths, but the moths are bats.&quot
+10 Dangerous, -8 Persuasive, +2 Dreaded

Bat Swarm + Key to the Old Newgate Cellars

Your Very Own Rooftop Gang
“They’ve made their own gang now, but are still loyal to you.”

I just thought of another one;

Your Own Criminal Empire

It would be fun if you could do that only under certain circumstance: during the storylet where you meet Criminal Masterminds of London, you picked yourself. It would be fun wink toward the player. Fun indeed.

&quotLong time ago, you promised that one day you would have the criminal empire on your own. You kept your word.&quot

Not the Blemmigan Hat? While not officially a companion, it is just as poetic as its siblings.

This is so brilliantly insane it would not surprise me if Fallen London used it (w/ minor modifications: they’d have to find a way to make the Crimson Book and the Scepter available again, somehow, because they wouldn’t want it limit the pool of possible users to pre-2018 players (re: the Book).) I love your text for both options.

Thank you very much!
I did forget that the book was exclusive to pre-2018.
But those items were the ones that sounded most Master-Related I could think of.

Perhaps substituting the Book with it’s selling price in the Bazaar (625x Touching Love Stories)

And I had an idea to make the Scepter using rare items:
(It is Fate-locked)

Area: Apis Meet [You must have Flint for this storylet]
Requirement: Scholar of the Correspondence 21; 1x Impossible Theorem; 1x Bejewelled Cane (these two won’t be consumed)
Type: Bronze Storylet
You have studied these maddening texts of the Correspondence, the Enigmas and the Theorem you created you came to a conclusion…

You have studied these maddening texts of the Correspondence, the Enigmas and the Theorem you created you came to a conclusion, Mr. Wines used to be a ruler of an ancient nation. You have glimpsed it’s scepter that it tried to hide from you… The blood red gem must’ve been from the Elder continent, perhaps here you can find a way to recreate it.

500x Correspondence Plaques [250 Echoes]
1x Fabulous Diamond [312.50 Echoes]
500x Flawed Diamonds [60 Echoes]
25x Magnificent Diamonds [312.50 Echoes]
10000x Moon-Pearls [100 Echoes]
5x Mountain-sherd [312.50 Echoes]
10000x Nevercold Brass Silver [100 Echoes]
100x Ostentatious Diamonds [50 Echoes]
250x Sapphire [30 Echoes]

250x Venom-Rubies [2.50 Echoes]
10x Searing Enigma [625 Echoes]
10x Nodule of Violet Amber [cannot be sold at the Bazaar]

Total cost: 2155 Echoes

It’s a massive cost, but it’s the Scepter! (damn nice and unique)

[Items required ---------- Start the Forges]

You have put a few days worth of work in this, this is the only time they tolerate your presence for more than a day without payment. Most residents come look at what massive quantities of madness you brought to this place. As you melt down the Correspondence Plaques and the brass using the Enigmas as fuel, once this is all molten you put the ashes of the Enigmas into the strange alloy. The red cold water you obtained from the lake seems to cry when you add the powdered gems and moonpearls. The mixture is almost ready as you prepare the mold made from Violet Amber, based on your bejewelled cane. You place your mold in a massive claudron, you pour your metallic alloy into the cauldron, filling the mold halfway, before you cast in the water that is thick like blood and sharp as glass. From your crowd disappears as the reaction inside the cauldron screeches like the Vake. It shakes violently, then it calms down suddenly, you try to see if the mixture has cooled, poking inside the round black cauldron with your Bejewelled can. You feel that it is ready as your cane gets stuck due to the bloodied gems once more crystallising inside. You push over the cauldron and cut it open as you try to break your mold free from the dangerous hardened substances. You bring down hammer after hammer until it yields, revealing your Irrigo-coloured amber mould, you pry this open and behold a scepter that is almost identical to the Master’s Scepter.
The insides of the ruby gem on top swirl as if it were made of blood, it is cold to the touch and vibrates softly like a beating heart.

You have lost [all listed items]
You have gained
1x The Sceptre of Mr Wines

Nightmares increasing… (+5 CP)
Scandal increasing… (+5 CP)
Wounds increasing… (+5 CP)
Suspicion increasing… (+5 CP)
