Maybe it’s my fault. I was still crabbing with a half-forgotten alt last week. So technically the event was still on, if only for one character who had logged out in the middle of it.
That happened to me the first time. They were all fished out while I was asleep. This one went for about three days. Did you get a late popup, or just not play for a few days? There was also a story in the gazette, a little touch which I liked.[/quote]
I got a late popup. It’s not uncommon (for me, at least) to get a popup notification about some event I’m already well into. I don’t know what triggers them, but they seem to be fairly avoidable. I’ve not paid it much mind, since most events are also at the top of every location in London, but if they’re going to give notices of limited time events in specific locations, it would be nice if they were received when it was relevant.
