Breaking news: you can now purchase certain lodgings at the Bazaar - under "Penstock’s Land Agents" - though these seem to be for the regular prices (i.e. 80000 secrets for the Premises at the Bazaar, instead of the discount price via Bazaar Permits).
Edited to reflect increased cost of secrets for the Premises.

Well, I now own the keys to not one but two Rooftop Shacks. Because I wanted to see if I could.
I think just the one premise at the Bazaar will be fine for now, though.
The Bazaar Sidestreets action to assemble a collection of curiosities ramped WAY up. Devilbone Dice! Good grief!
And I lost a point of Connoisseur of Neathy Delights in Time the Healer. Is this intended, or is it like when all of my characters randomly gained Knife and Candle stats for no reason?
aaaaaaaaaaa changes
I’m also sad I got a free evening now. I was going to use it to take someone out to Dante’s, but… the only option with that is to steal MW? I didn’t wanna be a dick, I wanted to take someone out to dinner!

So many changes! flails and runs around What if I miss somethiiiinig!? :D
And I lost a point of Connoisseur of Neathy Delights in Time the Healer.
I, on the other hand, gained one. From 8 to 9. Which is entirely appropriate, I’m sure. So many decadent evenings with the Bohemians…
Time the Healer, are you drunk?
Nevermind the devilbone dice, assembling a collection of curiosities now requires trembling amber! I can only assume there’s going to be some new, repeatable source of acquiring those coming along too, although I imagine grinding the collections through war of assassins has just become a significantly more reasonable option.

There’s also a new fate-locked option on the Decommissioned Steamer that says it will give MW “among other things” in-game currency requirements are pricey though.

I saw that someone had echoed the result for this on the "Who else is here" bar. Wish I’d made a note of it because it was a kind of nuts. In a good way.

I have to wonder - is it going to be as simple as a round of War of Assassins? I could see changes coming there - maybe you get Trembling Amber or Devilbone Dice from a ride on the carousel.

Me too. Given that I did a fate-locked storyline specifically to max that out at nine, I’ll admit I raised my eyebrows at that a bit.
The tower of sparrows new action is quite good, and better still… repeatable!
I just used it three times in a row (went from 12 to 22 making waves), and I even gained some pennies one time (the others were clear losses, so I have less echos now, but well…).
I think it is a good use of a night in town for those who like me have been authors for a bit :).
Intresting, Strong-backed Labour is now 1250 pennies, rather than Intriguing Gossip and Compromising Documents.
Nights on the Town require Making Waves. It does say they’ll very occasionally be found elsewhere in London…I guess a rare success on either existing content or something coming up?
This is even less lodging-related, but I think it’s a new change (at least I never noticed it before): The Fidgeting Writer actions have Try This Again. The Fidgeting Writer actions have Try This Again. This is cause for celebration.

I tried this one too, and got my alt’s MW up to 21 before I ran too low on money. Then I blew the luck roll on Notability. Bummer. I hope my main gets the card soon!
I knew there was a reason I liked the Tower of Sparrows! Notability now up to 3! :D That’s as high as I’ve ever been, just 2 more before I can try for Correspondent. crosses fingers for another week without a notability drop Looks like the lodgings are all starting to be more interesting, I like it a lot.

You can now gain Trembling Amber from the, "A Rubbery Man lopes purposefully in your wake," card. One hundred Warm Amber for an ammount of Trembling Amber I do not know. They also seem to have changed the checks to murder the Rubbery Man. The shadowy half got removed and the dangerous half is more difficult.

Hmmm, this is certainly interesting. Can’t wait to get the drip stone temple, seems right up for my character who is mostly watchful.
P.D. Could someone explain to me what schemes are via PM?
