Obviously, kudos if you’ve painted it yourself. Thankfully, there are other means for the less talented.
This one was made with Rinmaru Games’ Haunted Portrait Creator. Quick, it’s burning already - there must be a Correspondence Sigil beneath it! ;)
…and yes, her eyes are irrigo-colored.
While the above picture portraits Phryne’s end-game Midnighter self, this would be from her humble beginnings as a Watcher in Spite, always with one foot in New Newgate:
The nose is obviously a fake - the scar, not so sure… ;)
edit: I only just realized it looks like she’s about to eat that candle! ::
Thanks to Parelle for this idea! edited by phryne on 7/22/2016
I looked at the web site, but I couldn’t find anything for male characters. I’d totally be able to design Eli… although Ezekiel probably wouldn’t be manageable without something more advanced.
The Haunted Portrait Creator features only female characters indeed. But there’s the Dandy Maker and the Regency Hero, at least… not suitable for all FL gentlemen, of course, but for some. edited by phryne on 6/8/2016

I have yet to find a good Frankenstein doll creator for making Dirae Erinyes. The more monstrous members will simply be left out for now.
Honestly, it was always a bigger pain to find a good doll creator for guys overall then girls

No doubt! I feel for you. ;)
:edit: The save button at the site doesn’t seem to work. I simply did a screenshot, pasted it in Paint and cropped the borders. edited by phryne on 6/8/2016

And I will have to figure out how to save… klicking save won’t help… but I like the female creator.

Well, here is Maria as a thief, thanks to your advice on how to save the picture! (or, at least once I figure out how to post it)

Correction: the creators for BEAUTIFUL girls are easier to find.
Only a very caritable character (or one in a particularly blind form of love with her) would describe Professor Strix as beautiful. She is… not hideously ugly, sure, but she is simply not attractive. If she cuts her hair and hides her breasts, she can easily be taken for a man.
("BUT PROFESSOR, THE GUY IN THE MIRROR SHOULD HAVE HIS BACK TURNED TO US!"
"…the sulky bat’s reflection is a dapper guy and you are worried that said guy do not match the bat’s pose?"
"But…"
"PARABOLA! ARTISTIC LICENSE! YOUR MOM! SHUT UP!")
Edit: Resizing the images before posting doesn’t really do anything, does it?) edited by Professor Strix on 6/8/2016
I went a different route, I chose a photo of someone with the right mix of masculine and feminine traits and applied a fairly heavy watercolor filter to it.
You can’t post images from your computer! Simply upload it at one of the myriad image hosters on the web (I used http://imgsafe.org) and then use the link generated there. ;)
Arlecchinata beat me to it. By the way, your Sybil looks absolutely striking! :)
@Sara: I like the slightly grumpy look. "How long does that stupid painter need me to stand here holding an empty cup?" ;) edited by phryne on 6/8/2016

Why thank you! Your Phryne looks stunning as a Midnighter, and impeccably shadowy as a Watcher!
This is as close as I can get to Lamia with it: Her Feast of the Exceptional Rose costume. Her hair is usually pale blonde, and straight at the roots and along the body. She dyed and curled it for her zee-themed costume.
