A Glossary for the Forums

A little while back, I saw a newcomer to the forums complaining that they didn’t understand some of the strange acronyms we use here on the forum. I thought it might be useful to gather them together into a glossary.

Suggestions and requests very welcome.

E

EBZ = Ebz = Echo Bazaar: The original name of the game.

Echoes: The currency of the Echo Bazaar. It is rare to earn them in-game. Usually you have to sell something to get them.

EPA = E/A = Echoes Per Action. A way of measuring how worthwhile a storylet or story arc is, generally used by people grinding Echoes. It’s based on the sell value of the resources, and the chance of success is considered in the estimated EPA when it isn’t 100% certain.
(Thanks to Sara Hysaro for the extra information.)
