Zubmariner free to EA players (humble bundle) prob

I have no key/access to the Zubmariner update. (Humble Bundle Store)

My purchase history tells me I bought the game July 1, 2014 for $18.99 through the Humble Bundle Store, yet I see no LIFETIME EDITION next to my copy. I’m pretty sure I picked this up the day it came out on early access, so I’m wondering what I’m missing, unless it’s a mistake on your or humble bundle’s part. I do own a spare copy of Sunless Sea as well, which I acquired either through the monthly bundle or another bundle, but it is unclaimed. I’m merely providing that piece of information, if due to whatever reason that should cause a conflict? Mind you the copy I have registered on my steam account is the one I bought during early access.

Any answer/help/information would be greatly appreciated, even if it’s the case of me being unlucky of having supported a game through humble bundle, which has happened before and missing out on pre-order/early access content. I don’t mind if that’s the case, I’d just very much like to know if this is a mistake or not, so I can pickup the expansion through purchase at one point when this has been resolved. Thank you kindly for reading :)

Same situation here I think! I got the EA from your site, or possible humble… Anyway, my steam license says &quotZailor’s pack&quot.

EDIT: Did not see the reply… will mail :)

I had the same issue, emailed the above, they were super speedy in supplying a steam code to me, much love. :)

I had the same issue and FB was able to quickly resolve it. It seems there’s a communication problem between HumbleBundle and Steam in some cases, where the info that you’re eligible for the DLC is just not transmitted. I’ve let both HB and Steam know about the issue so they might be able to review it on their respective ends, too. Might be worth it if everyone else who’s affected did the same…

I don’t recommend contacting them about this. It’s down to a technical limitation with some keys handed out by Humble, which can’t be fixed retroactively, so we have to fix manually. :)
