Anyone figured out what the survey data is for yet?
I adore the Basecamp so far! Along with the Light Fingers storyline now continued I have burned through more than half my saved up Darkdrop Coffees and my Magnificent Feast.
I love the content, and I haven’t even done all of it, I made sure to build up my camp proper and strong firstly then looked around.
Thank you Failbettergames for the release of such magnificent content at a time like this!
Starting from the Gifted Student, if you train them to the maximum and keep using them for research instead of graduating, there’s a chance to get 1cp of "Disgruntlement among the Students". This gives 28 Research with fully upgraded lab but will eventually limit what students you can hire. The only way to reduce it I found is by graduating the lower level students. The best way to get maximum research out of them is to abuse this and build disgruntlement up to the same amount graduating that student reduces it, then replace the student. The Gifted Student levels up really fast while producing research at the same time so it’s great for this. 2100/2700 into the Cartographer Hoard using this strategy.

I’m a bit slow on one front, how do you raise the reputaiton of your lab so you can recruit higher tier students? Ended up grinding out research the hard way mostly
Prestige is from completing research projects, Teaching Reputation is gained by graduating students. For the early students I rushed through them by spending research using the training option and taking the Correspondent action on direct your own research.

Hehe, I put my nightmares at 6, put on two nightmare-increasing items, and then just grinded that storm-bird quality up to 10. Will have to catch one later…
Sighting is capped at 15, btw.
You cannot sell the Storm-bird (yet), you cannot study it as a standalone project, but you’ll need 3 for Monstrosity 7 cap upgrade.
Is all those interesting things you can do in Parabola only for people who have reached the end of the finished ambitions? I can’t seem to do anything in my basecamp except make a little Parabolan research.

That’s because you are not in the base camp, but the reflection of your laboratory. I made the same mistake. Pick the leave option, there should be a advance to base camp option in it. (:

Cannot remember whether you can get them the next yeaar or not.

The item is "Comprehensive Study of Avian Anatomies, Oneiric and Otherwise", it appears to have no use for now and has no value.
If anyone was wondering about the Cartographer’s Hoard, it’s a 312.5 echo item. With fully upgraded lab and the best student, this might become one of the best EPA grinds.
And how does one get the Hoard?
Also, what happens now when your Wounds hit 8 in Parabola?
