I’m at the University and I want to complete the “A note from the Consumptive Cryptozoologist” quest, but I do not know how to find an Iron Hat or Neathglass goggles. Any help?

Buy them from the Bazaar.
I’m currently saving up to buy something so is there another way to get them or are they strictly bazaar-locked?
They’re pretty expensive, so I doubt you can get them from random-reward storylets (usually the only source of equipment outside of the Bazaar). So yes, you’ll have to dip into your hard-earned funds.
Indeed, you must buy them at the Bazaar. In the long run they aren’t that dear.
