Haven’t been up there yet, but I would guess its because the newest chapter’s location is in the middle of the Roof-background images used for the map.

It’s also referred to as the mid-point of the Roof in the text, if memory serves!
When pledging Deliciously Digital to the Tabletop RPG Kickstarter what does the additional tier of Deliciously Digital offer?
Also, how does one come into possession of the Kriegsspiel upon donating?
Not sure what you mean by the additional tier of Deliciously Digital - sorry! But I can tell you that the Benthic Kriegsspiel isn’t available quite yet. Here’s the relevant part of the FAQ:
Digital items will be delivered after surveys have gone out on Backerkit and during the reward fulfillment phase of the project. We will notify you via a Kickstarter Update when we plan to deliver these rewards.

When I backed, on the first tab (Rewards) I chose Deliciously Digital for 35 USD. Then I was moved to the second tab (Add-ons) where I could get however many instances I wanted of something called Deliciously Digital: Additional Tier for another 30 USD a piece. I was wondering what one instance of the additional 30 USD item rewards the backer.
Ah, I see! I think that just means you’d get two copies of all the Deliciously Digital rewards - in case you wanted to pledge for both yourself and a friend.
