I don’t really grind for echos anymore. I’ve got almost everything I’ve needed that you can get with echos. And if I truly need more, I’ve amassed a huge stockpile of items that I can easily sell to the Bazaar. I guess thats part of my issue, I have all these items but almost none can be converted to scrip as well as the feeling that all the scrip grinds just seem to be significantly slower than any of the echo grinds I used to do.

Piracy has been one of the main grinds I’ve been doing since I want that vanity quality, but it just takes so long. I still have another ~300 more ships to sink.
In regard to the grind goal? Or in terms of numbers? In terms of actions to payout?
Most scrip related end goals are super expensive, other than that, top scrip grinds were at 11 SPA or so the last time I checked, that’s equivalent to 5.5 EPA. That can hardly be significantly less profitable than the echo grinds you do. It can, however, still mean a long long grind for a goal. That has nothing to do with the scrip grinds, though. It’s a question of the goal.
