Yes, that’s the one. Buy a few as there’s an easy trade on the “Listen To Rumours Of Smuggling” card, which was how I sourced the rumours before getting additional stations.

For rumours, once you get to Jericho Locks you can go to the Arborist’s Hands and speak to the archeologist. You have to buy her lager but you also get surveys of the neath’s bones from her which are useful.
