Best sources for souls and infernal contracts?
Unfinished business and the Capering Relicker’s soulless option.
Also, Rob the Brass Embassy nets you 500 souls and 40 contracts.

If my arithmetic is right riskless EpA is awful 0.63

Perfect luck epa is also not good enough (casing 20 is 2021/2=210 cp, casing 13 is 1314/2=91 cp, so the epa would be 0.63*210/91=1.45, beaten by even aotb with 1.64)
I guess I’m just a thief at heart.
There’s always the 50% chance on the basic expedition. I assemble the contracts very, very slowly, partly in Spite getting rid of suspicion, but that’s only two at a time. As a spirifer, there is an extra option, Harvesting the hotel, on the Royal Beth card.
Incidentally, has anyone found the additional source of Bats with Attitude yet?
I hear it starts with an opportunity card in New Newgate!
Continues in
the Tomb Colonies and ends in Newgate

And speaking of expeditions, it’s actually "cheaper" to do Silk expeditions using SBL route and just buying the Infernal contracts.

Thanks for the detailed info. Echoes isn’t that much of a draw, to be honest, so I get bored with the silks expedition and prefer the chance of the cache or one of the others with an element of randomness.
