Today I drew the Meticulous Student something like 18 times in a row while researching in my lab. Is the RNG up the spout? Once that particular research was over the game went back to behaving itself. Curious.
In so far as I’m aware, the RNG is working fine - it just produces odd coincidences sometimes, because, well, that’s what randomness does!
