My supporting the liberationist tracklayers value lowered by one (through Troubled Times Recur), so it’s now at 7, with the other two values at 16. As far as I can tell, this meets the requirements for a Prehistoricist-Emancipationist city, but I didn’t get any realignment text. Do I need to do something else to get it to change?
I haven’t done this myself, so I’m going off the Wiki and what I’m peripherally aware of.
City re-alignment doesn’t happen immediately on an alignment shift, only on particular events. One is betraying the city, which I don’t think you want, because it also shifts the ideology significantly. The other is meddling in local politics: Influence the Ideology Hereabouts - Fallen London Wiki
If I’m reading this right, and you should double-check me before committing, then the Spam Sandwich option will trigger a re-alignment with an ideological mixture that meets your goals.

When will the Green-Gilled Shipwright actually leave?
In-game it says:
The Green-Gilled Shipwright appears in Gaider’s Mourn at unpredictable times; he will be gone on the Tuesday after next, ten days after his arrival, at 11AM UTC.
Tuesday after next is May 27th, so this can’t be right…
On the other hand, the forums announcement says:
He now keeps a fixed schedule, and will be available from the first Tuesday in January and May, departing on Friday of the following week (10 days). That means the Shipwright will make his first appearance on this schedule on Tuesday 6th May.
That would mean he’s leaving on May 16th.
Sooo, do I understand correctly that the in-game message is completely wrong in this case?
Probably hasn’t been updated to reflect the change in schedule and is still showing what was there the last time he appeared

Is there napkin maths for the profitability of playing cards in Burgundy as opposed to, say, just running the Stacks back to back?

I’ve been trying to add you as an acquaintance in game, but not been successful, no idea why. The ID doesn’t even appear under members I can’t send a calling card to. Name is without full stops, right?
- Burgundian Beneficence and Against Time and Kings end up at 8 EPA through rat market (though I mainly do the latter, because the former is harder to increase and they are somewhat incompatible).
- Hunting ist 7 EPA and more waves than anyone needs to maintain notability.
Those are the two types of cards that I would consider more generally lucrative than running the stacks. One can enter the stacks from Burgundy, so there is little reason to not flip the cards between runs.

What about the Saints’ Day? Is it worth running, one way or the other?
It’s 60 € or 1016 Stuivers over 7 actions, so it looks very lucrative (8.5ish €-equivalent). It does add a not discardable card to the deck, though. I personally do it, but I don’t really know if it’s actually economically advisable.
I also do the Fascinating, On the Hunt and Casing cards, they are short of 6.5 €PA, but the payouts are varied materials and I like hoarding. But I would expect long term Stacks profit to be higher.

Can someone tell me, as a near-endgame character, do I want to re-acquire Haunted by Stairs?.. I just got “A dream of a mouldering library” and I have no idea what should I do with it lol. I have:

The final Haunted by Stairs card (Haunted by Stairs (card) - Fallen London Wiki ), which stays in your deck forever when you have completed the story, lets you get a small amount of Cryptic Clues at no action cost. It’s less than an Echo each time, but since I don’t believe there is a way to eradicate these cards completely from your deck (correct me if I’m wrong!), it is a nice bonus.

Thanks, that’s really helpful! In that case, honestly, I think I won’t bother. I’ve seen this card only once in weeks. Maybe I’ll take care of cleaning it up when I truly don’t have anything better to do with my Actions, but it’s not today : )
Do we know whether the new Sacroboscan Calendar qualities will always update in the same order, so that we can plan ahead when a particular event will be available? Or will there be a random element to them?
For example, I would like to know when the Great Sink will be available next.

I’m pretty sure they will rotate in the same order. I recently updated the the Sacroboscan Calendar guide with the expected dates. It should be rougly accurate, give or take 1 week.
The inaccuracy is because it’s not entirely clear what will happen next week, because technically there is only 1 event left out of 11, and all the other 10 were added to Waswood in pairs. Maybe there will be only 1 available that week? Or they will rotate 5 events in one “half” of the pair, and 6 events in the other, making the rotated pairs desynchronized? We will see on Thursday : )
hello! i have recently discovered the Cave of Nadir. i am planning on selling the location to the Great Game, and so id like to know what a Reported Location of a One-Time Prince of Hell is used for? while i can look at the wiki for what it unlocks that doesnt really tell me anything
