unexpectedly large stat jumps?

I am slowly running an alt to experience all the new low-level stuff and whatnot, and as a result I actually don’t want big stat jumps, because then storylets lock on me (yes, I know about talkative rats, but that’s not always optimal).

Troubled by Vermin turns out to boost one’s Dangerous by about 13 levels. Is there anything else that will do that, so I can explore all the other storylets available to me at that level before I conclude it?

Use the Talkative Rattus Faber to lower your stat?

Most of the low-level living stories will give you a large boost to stat.

I think the Great Game/Tattooed Courier’s story in Veilgarden gives a large boost to persuasive.
