What do train luxuries actually tangibly do? I can’t figure it out.
They do one thing in a bunch of places, namely increasing the amount of scrip or items you get from cash-out options. It’s usually one scrip/item extra per level of Luxury, but they also unlock a couple of options once they get high enough, like a new cash-out option in Helicon House.

Luxuries also slightly increase the revenue of weekly dividend votes.
