Luck based challenges are complete bullshit.

I’ve been sitting here for two weeks now, using up all of my actions on Pocket-of-change and Counting-the-days events which bring you no rewards at all In order to get Marks of Credit so I can go and look at The Iron Republic.

I have gotten precisely ONE.

I have failed now SIX TIMES.

I have been waiting for the Sommelier to get my bottle of Airag so I can continue my ambition since the 4th. 6 cards an hour, checked from my phone 7 times a day. For ten days. That is 420 cards.

I realize this is part and parcel of things, but at least when I needed my damn stone key, I could go and GET The bloody thing once I had a ship. There was a definitive way to get the item needed instead of getting “Would you like to upgrade your stats which are mostly maxed for sacrificing connections LOL?” Cards and more cards which are, ifn ot useless to me, give me absolutely no value for my action.

I’ve seen The Investigative Reporter card ONCE. And I have never seen a rare opportunity since I started playing the game.

So, I cannot see any of the new content because of luck based things.

Which are, once again, Bullshit.

Not that you care, You’ve already gotten 20 bucks from me in fate because- More fool I ! - Thought you company was worth it for not running me through the same Runaround “You think you’re accomplishing something but all you’re doin is flailing” bullshit as other online facebook-style games and having good writing. Man, what an Idiot I was.

Oh, and to everyone who will inevitably post here saying “Make a suggestion to the boards!” Yeah, I’ve seen the suggestion board. I’ve seen “Approved” items on it that have been there since I started playing this game more than a year ago.

I am frustrated, and I am becoming very very disenfranchised with this entire thing with every day that goes by and I dont know anywhere else where stating my dissatisfaction will get any results, because I know from long experience that an email will simply be swept under the rug by any competent company CS department.

I am not trying to raise cain here, but I want to be freaking HEARD and not just blown off.

I’m genuinely sorry you’re not enjoying the content, and we’ll take a look at it. But cursing at us won’t get a better response, and will get you banned if you keep it up. Please follow the forum posting guidelines: be polite, and use the feedback forum for suggestions.

We change existing content every month, and most weeks. We’ll always be asked for more than we can provide, but we’ve actioned about one in four of the feedback requests over the last three years. We read, without exception, every single one (we don’t read every forum post), and a feedback request is still the best way to get us to consider changing something.
