I have been very much enjoying wishing every one a merry christmas and a happy new year. :)Then it occurred to me, sorry if someone else has pointed it out, but next year will be the year of the rat. The metal rat!
Now if that isn’t an excuse to send your friends rats then I don`t know what is! :)
However, when I looked into it, it was only the surface, 2020, that would be celebrating the year of the rat.
In London, 1898 is the Year of the Dog. The Earth Dog.
On that note, 1899 will be the year of the Earth Pig. Now, with a little bit of translator’s license, that could maybe be read as the stone pig. Whether that is a good thing or not I do not know. Interestingly, this year on the surface, 2019, was also the Earth Pig.
After that, 1900 will be the Year of the Rat! The Metal Rat again! Hooray! It is sure to be a wonderful year of rat-worked metal objects and rats in London! :)
It will be 2022 on the surface, though, which is the water tiger. Yes, Tigers… :(
