Tigers walk in the Waswood. An amphitheatre builds itself out of jungle vines, and dreamers remember a Neath-wide competition. Players with access to the Waswood may now experience the Coilheart Games, recreated in the lands of dream. Support your chosen competitors on their way to victory; aid Mr Huffam in uncovering the story of a lifetime; reveal the mysteries of the Sixth Coil of the Labyrinth of Tigers.
The Sacroboscan Calendar rotates through different past events every week, looping back around once each event has been shown. Some events – such as the Coilheart Games – allow you to gain some items or qualities that were previously retired, if you do not already have them. The calendar is otherwise not a profitable venture, but a slow, low-pressure tour through the past.
The Sacroboscan Calendar is available to all players who have a Parabolan Base-Camp and access to the Waswood. The Coilheart Games are available now, and will remain so for a week before becoming part of the regular rotation.
The Waswood Remembers More
We’re conscious that the more events we add to the Waswood, the longer you have to wait if you’re looking to experience a specific one. With the addition of the Coilheart Games to the Waswood, we’ve split the loop into two halves. Now, two events will be remembered in the Waswood each week. As before, you can still only participate in one event per week – but this will cut down on the wait for specific events, and, we hope, give a bit more choice and variety to your visits.
This week, the Coilheart Games are available alongside the Election of 1896. Next week, the Election of 1897 will feature alongside the Prelapsarian Exhibition.
One Last Morsel
Finally, players who did not play during the Coilheart Games are now able to gain access to the Sixth Coil activity via normal progression. Once you have progressed ‘Associating with Radical Academics’ to 75 and become acquainted with a Tiger Minister, look for a storylet titled ‘A Diplomatic Summons’ in your Lodgings.
