My dear friends, I have returned to Fallen London after some time away. Please forgive me if I was unable to receive or send parcels at that time. I am eager to resume this strange correspondence. It took a few unfortunate incidents for me to determine that my menagerie is happiest and safest when my new Unfinished hat is sequestered with the plated seal. It would break my heart if it nipped a Starveling cat!
