I’m trying to catch it well more than month and thousands cardflips, staying on the Bazaar Side-Streets, and still no avail, although I saw Omen and Bookshop 5 or 7 timess already; so some rare cards are rarer than others? Possibly it’s retired or my 12 of SotC bar me from it? Could anyone confirm its existence?

I’d also appreciate more info on this. Are there any prerequisites for the card?

It’s a Rare Frequency card, drawable only in the Bazaar Side-Streets that requires Watchful 50 (considering that you have to be POSI -level to reach the Side-Streets, that shouldn’t be a problem,) and have Scholar of the Correspondence 1+
