The one obvious thing for Upwards they didn't use

I have a Buccaneering Paleontologist. We’re heading off to do some buccaneering paleontology. …She’s nowhere to be found. Lately the game has been much better about working in our various little friends, but this story felt hermetically sealed from everything else we’ve done and everyone else we know.

I was expecting yet anuther complain about LF false-star

Are those common? I hadn’t thought to complain about A Winged and Taloned Steed because ostensibly we’re there to STUDY the Starved Men and not actually crush their setttlements, see them driven before us and hear the lamentation of their women at the time. But considering how security detail seems to be a recurring priority and how the Steed IS usable as a Parabolan defense…it’s hard not to see how it wouldn’t be ideal transport AND defense actually. I mean, in the Magistracy alone you can pass Mr. Fires’ own dirigible regularly on your bone hunt.
