yknow, this kinda thing would make for a really fun competition reward: win an art contest and get to make an item (within limits).
Not necessarily for a specific character, but I had to share this one…
Companion:
Robed Bat
"THAT’S MR BAT, TO YOU. CARRY US." Where did it get a robe that small?
+2 Watchful, -1 Dangerous
(Opportunity card: Mr Bat’s Demands.
Small, squeaky, imperious, and convinced it’s a Master of the Bazaar. Mr Bat demands an appropriate retinue.
[IGNORE]
Well, now you’ve done it. It’s gone and hired servants while you weren’t looking. Don’t ask what it’s paying them.
gain: 3x Sulky Bat.
[REFUSE]
The resulting tantrum draws a crowd. It’s the best street theatre they’ve seen all day, and some of them toss money. Shame the shrieking was so close to your ear…
gain: 20 Nevercold Brass Slivers
gain: Wounds)

Sign me up for a Robed Bat as well.
As for Florence’s character-specific equipment…
Maximum-Strength Eyeglasses
The lenses are strong enough to elevate one’s vision to near-perfection, and thick enough to stop a bullet (at least, they’re advertised as such). Shame the bulky lenses are so horribly unfashionable.

Off the hook… or rather fork
Oh dear. It seems your Spirifer has had a rather nightmarish dream and is trying to resort to the only thing he knows well: stealing souls. The only problem is that he’s trying to extract the souls out of your animal companions.
Talk some sense into him (persuasive challenge)
Come now friend settle down. You can’t extract souls from animals, that’s ridiculous. Look here, you already have souls.
Success: You calm him down with words of reason. He goes back to his bottled souls and gives you some as a gift before falling back into his tormented dreams. Reward: Persuasive is increasing: ?cp You’ve gained 45~100 Souls.
Smack some sense into him (dangerous challenge)
You can’t let him extract the souls of your animals. You don’t know if he can. You don’t even know if animals have souls. But no doubt that fork is going to do damage to your prized companions.
Success: A quick blow to the head and he’s out cold. He’s simply sleeping don’t worry. On his descent to the floor some brass fell out of his pockets. Reward: Dangerous is increasing: ?cp You’ve gained 90~200 Nevercold Brass
The Starveling Cat! (unlocked, of course, with the starveling cat)
Oh dear. Oh no that’s no good at all. You don’t give a d**n about the cat, it’s your spirifer you’re worryed about.
I think this might be a single output storylet or meybe a metter of luck. I’m thinking you either lose the spirifer and gain some dark knowledge, or your spirifer is changed into a Raving Spirifer: He only whispers, mutters, and screams one thing: The Name. IDK though since I didn’t create the starveling cat and I don’t know the writers’ intentions with it.
I love this idea. This is great. This really should be a thing at some point!

Weapon
Postluminist Manifesto (Unlocked with: Bringing the revolution, "Snuff the Lights". Requires Advancing the Liberation of Night 40, Plotting Against the Masters 3)
Written in irrigo, highlighted in violant. A disturbingly articulate treatise on the rejection of hierarchy and the dissolution of chains.

On the other hand, it’s very clear from some of the uses for the Starveling Cat in SMEN that the kitty is up to its nose in Seeking. Your Opportunity Card idea certainly seems consistent with the writers’ intentions for the Starveling Cat to me.

Spider-Drawn Landau
Category: Transportation
Disturbingly silent, tarantula-slow. This raises many perfectly reasonably questions, but no answers are forthcoming.
Dreaded +2
The spider in question is not a Sorrow-Spider, rather it is some offshoot of the Theological Husbandry storyline. The Correspondence sigil on its abdomen translates as ‘A particular exaggeration in the size of a creature by storytellers’, or possibly ‘A gargantuan creature, which has only ever been observed in the retellings of stories.’
