The ingame Bazaar looks weird for me

Hello, I’m not sure if this is a bug or a new feature but when I try purchasing something from the bazaar it now has a much larger white popup with a different font than the one I am used to.
Here’s a screencap, http://i.imgur.com/dp0Ek6W.png I wasn’t sure if I’m supposed to submit this to bug report or if it’s actually a feature. It seems a bit too out of place to be a new feature.

Mine’s the same as it’s always been, for what it’s worth.

Looks like a browser thing to me- but maybe i’m mistaken. did you change which browser you use for fallen london recently?

Nope. I don’t really know whats causing this.

It looks like you’re displaying the base (body, style 7) css and are likely missing some static file. Try force reloading (Ctrl-F5 in most browsers) to see if it gets you sorted out. If not, it’s possible that your ISP has a bad file cached somewhere upstream of you. The good news is that time usually sorts all these things out.

Turns out logging in and out actually solved it. It was a neat way to play the game though! Sadly forgot to take screencaps of what it did to the other popup windows.

It just changed for me too.

Changed for two other people I know. What is happening here??

Mine does the same thing!

Ditto.

Changed for me too, now.

So basically it sounds like the probelm is not client side :P

Ie, not our fault? Yup, looks like its something more widespread. To be honest, I almost prefer the new look. The old popups didn’t work too well with my mobile’s screen, too spread out. Had to keep zooming in to select quantities to sell. This setup is more compact.

Well less &quotour fault&quot as it was suggest a cached file might’ve been missing/damaged earlier and fully refreshing the page could fix it.

On which note, I tried and did not work for me, so.

Poorly chosen words, sorry. Painkillers, heh.

I, er… prefer this version as well! A minor thing all in all, but I assumed it wasn’t a bug.

I have it too (on Firefox) and I really like it! Hoping it’s not a bug at all…

Yeah, this is an intended change. That background is an image, not just CSS magic (I have it locally now, too). I’m guessing Liam is starting to plow through a backlog of stuff he had shelved for Sunless Sea.
