The Gazette writes sensationally about the appearance of a ‘vast fleet of black iron ships’ zailing around Gaider’s Mourn. The Green-Gilled Shipwright has been sighted amongst their number, preparing for business.’
The Green-Gilled shipwright offers players the chance to purchase advanced ships at Gaider’s Mourn. He now keeps a fixed schedule, and will be available from the first Tuesday in January and May, departing on Friday of the following week (10 days).
That means the Shipwright will make his first appearance on this schedule on Tuesday 6th May.
Advanced ships are still available – more cheaply – at Fruits of the Zee.
That’s a very good point! Particularly considering that the first batch of Agents and Plots revolves around the Zee.
It would be very nice to finally be able to have multiple ships, even just one more for the Agents to use would be useful.
Somewhat off topic, it would also be cool to be able to obtain new, perhaps more advanced Airships as well. Hopefully this will become available as Firmament progresses!
Yes, I remember that and am looking forward to that. I just didn’t remember the - quite convincing - reminder text in that option.
I agree that until we get the possibility of getting more Zee-Ships in the first place, this will likely mean an Airship exchange, not gain. I’ll be grateful for that even so, more options are always cool.
According to the Gazette, the Green-Gilled Shipwright is still in Gaider’s Mourn. Did you forget to switch him off, or did you change plans and make him permanent instead?
Ah! Good catch, thank you. There was an issue with the thing that should have ended the event. I’ve resolved this, and put it back in the correct state.
