I’ve been playing for more then a year, but I figured I might as well introduce myself. I’m a Catholic and an English/history major based around Washington DC. I enjoy reading, strategy games, hiking and the great outdoors, metalworking, and sleep.
I’m mostly here for the lore and I see Fallen London more as an ongoing story then a game. Thank you all for the wonderful time I’ve had here. I look forward to my next year playing Fallen London.

Hi, I’m an Australian who’s relatively recently gotten into the game - a friend who played back in the day got into Sunless Sea, which reignited her interest & got me interested & I’ve been enjoying it. Personally, I work in an (analog) games store in Sydney. I really like the story side of it.
My character is a mostly reputable Monster Hunter ( which I chose because I picked Ambition: Bag a Legend) who recently began hunting Jack while in London & got given a gift by one of his public - a starveling cat. Which has had some follow-on effects

I’ve recently returned to the well-written and labyrinthine world of Fallen London. (I blame Sunless Sea.) Hi, I’m Kit, a British student who’s been playing for about a year. I play on and off, but I’ve got a big passion for the role-playing sides of things. Admittedly, due to being kind of shy, I’ve not really reached out to anyone, but maybe that will change! I’ve briefly interacted with the Tumblr community, but that’s about it.

My character is Ten Carmine - an author, former journalist, who was rather narcissistic even before she lost her soul to the Quiet Deviless. She is an androgynous young lady, and is never seen without a mask.
Greetings, all. I’ve been playing Fallen London for about 2-3 months now and am dipping my toes in the forums. My character, Lady Sandicomm, has left behind the love of her life on the Surface to pursue artistic success and, perhaps, to uncover some of the deepest secrets of Fallen London! I am more than happy to accept new friends or patrons in the arts of Shadowy and Watchful. I am not currently allied with any particular social group, though I am worming my way into high society and mostly avoiding the revolutionaries. (For example: I don’t know what the Calendar Council, which is figuring prominently in the election, is).
Does anyone know if Seamstress is an available occupation? It would be fun if my Unterzee job reflected my RL, Surface job!

hello those with or without the ability to communicate through ink! I am plasmid, known in game as Key P. miskatonic (the P might stand for piece or plasmid), a monster hunter of some importance armed with good intentions and a old bone. there is also his lessor known collberator, the trickster bells_books, an art (others’ more than his) lover who is very much in touch with his inner child.

Hello, everybody! I first started delving into the Neath about a year ago, then promptly forgot to bookmark the site. I happened to discover it once again, and decided to make a new character, Ronald, who is a Deacon by name, but pretty much a complete opposite of what a Deacon should be in truth. Pretty much the only solid thing about him is that he keeps his word. In any case, I’d be happy to get to know other people here! As for interests, well, I like interesting stories, good food, and steampunk.

My name is Matthew, I’ve been in Fallen London since the first half of january and loved / am loving every second. I’m thrilled to join this wonderful community and explore the mysteries and intrigues of the Neath even more!
In real life my interests are reading, playing all sorts of video games and studying endlessly (probably why I’m graduating in physics).
In Fallen London, I seek to become a prominent figure in high society (+academia), build a network of criminals and spies and eventually overthrow the Masters to establish a new, more liberal, order in London (with myself at its head, of course).
Hello! My name is Manfred, and though I started playing FL a year or so ago, I hadn’t gotten around to making an account on the forums until now. My character is much like myself in that they are a grouchy, ambiguously-gendered stickler for rules (and also named Manfred), although simultaneously unlike myself in that they are quite well into their twilight years and are a staunch supporter of their government. Well, ‘government’ in as much as you could call a loosely-bound group of economy-running hooded figures who dress up as Santa Claus and demand gifts from the general populace every year.
Speaking of the Masters, both I and my character have a hopeless subordinate-crush on Mr Pages. It’s terrible and I am in pain. Everything it says only endears me to it further. Even the ridiculous things.
…Granted, every darn word that comes out of its mouth(?) is ridiculous, so there you have it.
