A while ago I posted to try and get some help with stuttering and framerate issues. I’ve done more things to try and fix it but nothing’s worked. I’ve looked at what drivers my laptop is using, MSI afterburner says it’s always using the nvidia card and not swapping with the intel card. Does it matter if I looked by putting SS into windowed mode and running MSIAB at the same time? I contacted support and they found nothing wrong so it must be on my end. Uninstalling steam and reinstalling did nothing. Can anyone give more suggestions?

Second edit, I turned off the steam overlay, it’s gotten better but still not smooth as it should be.
