Subscription problem

I am (or should be) subscribed. I just noticed that I only had one candle, so I assumed that I needed to re-subscribe. When I tried to do so, I got this message:

      You have already subscribed.         It seems your subscription should have renewed on 2 days from now but it hasn't.
          Let us know on ebbugs@failbettergames.com if this persists and we will contact our payment provider.

Two questions:

1: How should I parse &quotshould have renewed on 2 days from now&quot?
2: At what point will it have persisted?
