I was reading another thread were someone was making mention of murder, when it suddenly occurred to me that Fallen London has probably picked up the term "Jacked" thanks to the depredations of it’s premier serial killer. This amused me. It also made me wonder. What other sorts of turns of phrases do you think have seeped into the Fallen Londoner’s vernacular?
