I haven’t encountered that one myself - perhaps someone else has - but remember that bug reports should be sent, with as much detail as possible, to support@failbettergames.com!

I know it breaks if you try and do a second runthrough after looting everything there is to loot, but otherwise it should work fine. You should probably send a bug report to sunlesssea@failbettergames.com - forum threads can get overlooked pretty easily and it’s a lot easier to ask for specific conditions that way
