Yep, that’s been there during the election. Who knows, it might stick around between events when we get things like the Hallowmas newspaper edition.
I wonder if they will move the pre-existing qualities there, as well. I’m pretty sure I have a Hallowmas quality hanging around somewhere. Lost in the mists, among the many, many other storylines I’ve played.

Currently in Circumstance there’s 12 days of Mr Sacks, and an Indecent at Millicents; Under Story there’s A Veteran of All Hallows’ Eve 1891, Trust, Confessions, Lilac’s Inclination, Exposed By, and Taste of Lacre
Not sure whether the Skin Bound Memory qualities & the Gazette Hallowmas Editions would count as seasonal since they affect you year round - A Participant in the 1894 Election got put under accomplishments even though it was handed out after the Seasonal qualities category was put into place
“Indecent at Millicent’s” is a quality I absolutely must acquire.
It’s easy enough to do if you’re a Legendary Charisma ;)
