Try Veilgarden, earing Honey and converting it up to Notions. Also, check the wiki for help.
As the other thread on this topic mentioned, Polythreme is also a good option, although if your goal is only a townhouse and you don’t have other business in Polythreme the travel time probably means its not worth it.
